- Founding
Founded several entities in healthcare and financial services. Healthcare entities provided services for heart health, women health, bone and muscle health and cancer diagnostics. Financial services entities acquired commercial real estate and other assets in sale leaseback transactions.
- Growing
Grew business to 10x revenue. Built a team of 180 MDs and 700 other healthcare professionals working at 50 different locations and providing over 2 million patient services annually.
- Financing
Negotiated and closed several rounds financing transactions including equity, convertible, and debt to help grow the companies. Aggregate value of financing transactions exceeded $250 million.
- Creating Efficiencies
Improved staff productivity through numerous means including “one more patient”, performance measurement, KPIs for each team member
- Developing Business Intelligence
Developed MyHealth Score using a proprietary algorithm considering revenue, contribution, repeatability, and recency of customer interactions.
- Managing Rate Limiting Factors
Identified factors that limit growth and strategize managing them at the highest level of the organization.
- Acquisitions
Negotiated and closed 25 acquisition transactions comprising of both share purchases or asset purchases with consideration ranging from cash, VTB, shares or earn-out.
- Due Diligence
Conducted financial and operational due diligence on 50+ companies for acquisition.
- Integration
Integrated acquired business into main business with implementation of changes in staffing, policies, protocols and practices. Designed and implemented change management strategies.
- Preparing for Sale
Restricted existing business to prepare it for sale. Devised value enhancement and tax efficiency strategies. Identified non-core assets for separate divesture.
- Exit
Negotiated and closed sale of business with value improvement of 25x of initial investment.
