  • Established TiEQuest Business Venture Competition in 2006 (still running annually)

  • Awarded fellowship of the American College of Health Executives, 2018

  • Received four gold medals for academic excellence (1) Gold Medal for top rank in B.Sc. Agriculture from Punjab Agricultural University, (2) Nijhawan Gold Medal for top rank in Hons programme in Soil Sciences, (3) Gold Medal for top rank in Graduation in Industrial Engineering from Indian Institution in Industrial Engineering, (4) Gold Medal for academic excellence for MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad
